Nothing too much trouble, loved my stay at this hotel and would stay there again. I booked great-sized superior deluxe room here with balcony as well as fan. All the staff was really good, fixed my issues. The location was good and perfect by the main shopping street and met the needs. Plus, it was very close to beach and nightlife in front of the door, the main nightlife and also the beach, and the centre.

I absolutely loved the charming atmosphere of this guesthouse. The traditional Thai decor and beautiful garden area created a sense of tranquility and relaxation. It was perfect for a senior like me to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Additionally, the hotel's location was great for senior people like myself. It was in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, but still within walking distance to the main street and shops. It made it very convenient for me to explore and do some shopping at my own pace.

The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is if the staff could have been a bit more attentive to our needs. Although they were polite and helpful when approached, they didn't always anticipate our needs or offer assistance proactively.

The location was amazing, being a short walk from the beach. The restaurant was good with nice food, I tried delicious dishes. The staff were welcoming, with extra attention to the details.

I always return to this place in Chaweng for my stay. The staff helpfully printed something for me on my first visit. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, on-site parking, restaurant, coffee shop, pool, laundry. I'm back for a business trip.

Nothing everything was great.

The room was clean and spacious, and we had no issues with security. The pool area was like a little oasis surrounded by plants and trees. The staff, specifically Kayee, went above and beyond to help us during our stay. I would highly recommend this guesthouse.

I had a wonderful stay at the guesthouse. The poolview bungalow was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities like a fridge, TV, and air conditioning. The property was surrounded by palm trees, creating a serene and tropical atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious and affordable food, including the best fruitshakes I've had. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and close to the city center of Chaweng. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

The wi-fi was spotty at times, which was a bit frustrating. there were quite a few mosquitoes around the property, so it's important to carry mosquito repellent while staying here.

Outdoor Pool: I spent most of my time swimming in the pool, feeling like a graceful dolphin in the water. It was the perfect way to cool off after a day exploring the beautiful Koh Samui.

Bathrooms: Simple but functional.

The value for money at Rattana was great, with spacious rooms and a perfect balcony to relax on. The location was ideal, close to the bustling street but still quiet and peaceful. The staff, especially the friendly receptionist girl, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.
